Prepare these documents based on your loan type for a smooth application.

Personal Information Documents

Basic identification and address documents required for all applicants

  • Valid Government-issued ID (Driver's License, PRC, GSIS, SSS, TIN, Voter's ID, Passport, Company ID)
  • 2x2 ID Photo (recent)
  • Proof of Billing or Address (VECO, PLDT, MCWD Globe, Smart)
  • Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Income Documents

Proof of income required based on employment status

  • Certificate of Employment and Compensation
  • Latest 3 months payslip
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) / BIR Form 2316
  • For self-employed: Business permit, Financial statements

Property Documents

Required for real estate loan applications

  • Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT)
  • Lot Plan / Location Map
  • Tax Declaration
  • Real Property Tax Receipt
  • Tax Clearance

Required for chattel (vehicle) loan applications

  • Official Receipt (OR)
  • Certificate of Registration (CR)
  • Vehicle Photos (Front, Rear, Left and Right side of the vehicle. Please ensure that the plate number can be seen)

Business Documents

Required for business and self-employed applicants

Corporate

  • DTI or SEC Registration
  • Business Permit / Mayor’s Permit
  • Articles of Incorporation (for corporations)
  • Corporate By Laws
  • Latest GIS (General Information Sheet) Certified by SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)
  • Board Resolution and Secretary Certificate (Authorizing the Loan and Person Authorized to Represent the Company)
  • Financial Statements (latest 2 years)

Single Proprietor

  • DTI Registration
  • Business Permit / Mayor’s Permit
